At Simply Marketing, we have been on a solid pattern of growth since our formation in 2001. As we grow, it becomes important to look at the people we employ and their roles in the organization. In pursuit our ambitious goals, we ask a lot of questions. Why have we been so successful? What decisions do we make which have the greatest impact on our continuing success? What actions will truly make us a great company? Our questions consistently give us the same answer. Great companies have great people.
